1000 Rep Endurance Challenge: Easy - Medium - Hard


Hey dudes. So after a couple weeks of traveling, I had to adjust my workout routine since I didn't have access to equipment. The past few weeks I've been doing the 1000 rep challenge, which is 5 different calisthenic bodyweight exercises done for 200 reps each. I've listed 15 different exercises to you can mix and match, working your way up in difficulty, and trying to beat your previous times. How often can this be done? I was doing every other, or every 3 days, mixing in jogging, shadowboxing and yoga on the off days. Always consult with a physician before beginning a new exercise program.
