Stop Moving Backwards in Sparring/Fight


As beginners, it's very common that we get overwhelmed in #sparring and find ourselves backing up away from our opponent. You may hear the words "STOP RUNNING" from internal or external voices, yet you can't seem to override that natural reaction to move away from incoming shots.
