Training Like Rocky for 1 Week


While Ricardo was in town visiting Philadelphia, we recreated some of the scenes from the famous #Rocky training montage. Here’s what we did each day for a week: 1. 5k run (3.1 miles) 2. Jumprope (10 min) 3. Shadow #boxing (3 rounds) 4. Partner drills (3 rounds) 5. Push-ups (30 x5) 6. Squats (30 x 5) 7.
