IN THIS VIDEO YOU WILL LEARN: Why You Must Not "Pull Away": When grabbed, the human instinct is to pull back, but this destroys your balance and helps the attacker drag your head and spine forward. Instead of fighting the hand, you must drive in and "stack your spine" to regain your base. The "Survival Posture": Before you can counter, you must stabilize. Learn how to drop your center of gravity and lengthen your spine upward. When you control your own spine, the attacker cannot steer you. Gross Motor Over Fine Motor: Under the stress of an attack, fine motor skills (like peeling fingers off your chest) fail.
