With the success that he has had since those times, he realizes that he can push the boundaries further and not just help people by teaching them his skills in Martial Arts, but that he can also guide people to build up themselves by achieving better health.   Good health comes in all shapes and sizes and Master Wong has learned that with health, wealth can follow - once body and mind are united. Dreams can be achieved once you have good health: strength in body and mind. After all, if your body was a Ferrari, wouldn’t you fill its tank with the best fuel that you can? It is essential to make health a top priority in order to stay focused in life. “There are many ways to help people, but I don’t believe in giving a man a fish to feed himself for a day: I want to teach a man to fish so he can feed himself and others for a lifetime!  I want to show people how they can heal themselves from the inside out, and to help them build the self-confidence they need so that they can focus on their goals and dreams or find their purpose in life.” Master Wong’s book will help you understand how, despite adversity, you can work to overcome the modern-day challenges we face.
