Can You Do All 3? Martial Arts Body Movement Coaching
Movement coaching has been gaining popularity in recent years, so I thought I'd share 3 of my personal favorites bodyweight movements taken from Yoga, Capoeira, and more.. They not only build flexibility/mobility/strength, but also help with coordination and balance. Before you start repping these movements out, make sure your body is warm and you've MASTERED the technique! Be safe, and listen to your body -- if you feel any pain, you're either doing it incorrectly or your body isn't ready for these movements, yet.
