3min Boxing Conditioning Drill (Solo or Partner)
Whether you're training by yourself or with a partner, this is a great full-body conditioning drills that will work your cardio and muscle endurance, as well as footwork and balance. You'll need either a pair or mitts and gloves, or just a tennis ball to get to work on this! Feel free to add in kicks, knee, elbows, and takedowns for MMA & kickboxing.
