Tent tin foil. + Mince 3 cloves of garlic; mix in a bowl with 1 tbsp of parsley and 3 tbsp of oil. + Pat salmon dry, add salt & pepper, top with garlic mixture + Grease tin foil and wrap each piece of salmon individually, skin-side down. + Cook on 375 for 15 minutes; open tin foil and increase heat to a broil for 2 more minutes. + Plate and enjoy!
