Mirror Drill: Understanding Southpaw Angles
When you stand in front of a mirror, your reflection is flipped -- meaning if you're standing orthodox (left hand leading), your reflection will be standing southpaw (right hand leading). This is what we call and open-stance. This mirror drill is extremely valuable, as it will help you to understand and practice angles and strategies for fighting against someone in an open stance.
