Use Tennis Balls to Improve Punch Speed & Timing
For this reaction drill, all you need is 2 tennis balls. This drill will get progressively more challenging, as you catch the ball while emulating a punch motion to improve your speed, accuracy, and timing. If you're practicing for boxing, focus on the hands and footwork, but if you're training MMA or kickboxing, add in some elbows, kicks, and knees.
