The Most Important Step When Kicking (Chamber)


Sharing some of my secrets in this tutorial for one of the most important aspects when throwing kicks: the chamber. I've combined traditional Taekwondo exercises, yoga stretches, and hip mobility drills to improve the speed/dexterity/accuracy in my legs.
