Palm In or Down? The Left Hook Debate!

Since the dawn of FIGHTTIPS, fighters have been arguing over whether or not your palm should face in or down when throwing a hook punch. Most #boxing coaches teach "thumbs up" when you throw the lead hook punch, however #GGG is known for knocking people out with his palm down left hook.
