How Many Rounds Can You Do? Boxing Sprint Burnout
Hey everyone, here's a boxing sprint that will surely burnout your shoulders and lungs. Whether you have a partner, a heavybag, or going solo, give this one a try to get the sweat flowing and muscles burning. The format is as follows: •50 Straight Punches (Jabs & Crosses) •5 Burpees •50 Uppercuts •5 Burpees •50 Hooks •5 Burpees And repeat to see how many sets you can finish in either 2 (easy), 3 (medium) or 5 (hard) minute rounds.
